The Killers-Flesh and Bone

Las Vegas band The Killers have been pretty low-key since the release of their last album Battle Born with no real buzz about the band and they have fallen from the limelight. However, they continue to release singles humbly and the new single Flesh and Bone doesn't disappoint. This is one of the highlights of the album with its scratchy riffs and raw sound. It sounds at home with the rest of the album, yet detects hints of previous Killers hits like Human and For Reasons Unknown. The synth keyboard is a great addition to a typical Killers' song and the usual vocals from Brandon Flowers ensure it is unique. He shouts "And I'm running out of tiimee" in one of The Killers' most anthemic songs. This is definitely one to watch live and the quartet know that.
