Right, I don't like saying bad things about artists because all music is good in it's own way - yes even Nicki Minaj - but
Charli XCX sometimes gives me a headache with her new confusing single
You (Ha Ha Ha). To sum it up quickly, it's difficult to listen to the vocals and the lyrics when all you can hear in the background is her production crew strangling some stray cats. It's so off-putting that it feels like there is more than one song playing (like the way you have music wars in the house with your siblings). She could have improved this so much if she altered parts of this slightly. I mean, she even was dangerously close to sounding like Cher Lloyd for Christ's sake. This begs the question, is Charli XCX not mainstream pop because she likes to be a smaller artist, or is she just not good enough for the charts?
