One of the biggest moments of the year was the news that rock band
Muse had gone dubstep. Many were appalled by this, yet it actually sounded great. So their third single
Follow Me was looking promising after the brilliant
Madness. They have went kind of old school on this track, making it sound like a slightly raved
Knights of Cydonia and it is full of thunderous hooks. The chorus is triumphant and
Matt Bellamy's vocals are inch-perfect as usual. It lacks that catch that songs like
Uprising or
Hysteria has and it feels like something is missing, but nonetheless they haven't disappointed too much with the dubstep album
The 2nd Law.
