Nas feat. Amy Winehouse-Cherry Wine

As much as a posthumous Amy Winehouse song sounds about as great as a kick to the testicular area, it works in this situation. So the great soul singer teams up from beyond the grave with iconic rapper Nas on his new single Cherry Wine. It's such an innocent song, reminding us of the times were Winehouse wasn't troubled by drugs and when she made some great songs. Nas raps about his ideal girl with lyrics like
She loves art, she ride out with me on my music tour
She like the herb's natural medicine
She cooking good
She tell me everything is cool when it ain't looking good

It's one of the better songs of the week to be fair. Just such a chilled song, which is the best posthumous track since Otis.

Rating: 8/10

Think Amy Winehouse should still tour from beyond the grave? Think this is just plain Nas-ty? (see what I did there) Express your opinion by commenting below.
